1. ELECTRONIC CONTRACT FORMATION

1.1 The technical steps required to create the contract between you and us are as follows:

(a) You place your order for products on the Website by pressing the order confirmation button at the end of the checkout process.

(b) We will send you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered. This is not an order confirmation and does not constitute an acceptance by the Company of your order.

(c) Upon despatch of your order from our warehouse, we will send you an order confirmation email. Acceptance of the order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch to you of the products ordered, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.

1.2 The details of your specific contract will not be filed by the Company.

1.3 The contract will be concluded in English.

2. PRICES

2.1 The prices payable for the products that you order are clearly set out on the Website. If, by mistake, the price which appears on the Website is not the correct price for a particular product, we are not obliged to supply that product to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before the product is despatched to you.

2.2 All prices stated on the Website are inclusive of United Kingdom VAT.

2.3 Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered, including any variations in the rate of VAT payable. If this occurs, you will be notified and requested to reconfirm your order at the amended price.

3. AVAILABILITY

3.1 The purchase of products displayed on the Website is subject to availability and we shall not be liable to you in the event that we are unable to supply a product to you.

4. PAYMENT

4.1 The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus the applicable delivery charges as set out in the Delivery section of these terms and conditions.

4.2 Payment can be made by credit/debit card and we accept all major cards (except American Express)

4.3 Authority for payment must be given at the time that you place your order. You will not be charged for products until they are despatched to you.

4.4 All card payments are processed by HSBC Merchant Bank Services.

5. DELIVERY

5.1 Delivery will be made to the address specified by you at the time of ordering.

5.2 Deliveries will be by Royal Mail and will usually be made within 3-5 working days of the date of the order confirmation email. We shall not be liable to you for any loss resulting from delay in delivery to you.

5.3 The following delivery charges will apply to orders placed through the Website:

6. CANCELLATION

6.1 You have the right to cancel your order up to 7 working days after the date of order of the products by contacting our customer service team and receive either a full refund of your monies or replacement goods.

6.2 If a product has already been despatched to you before you notify us that you wish to cancel the order, you must return the product to us in accordance with our Returns procedure.

7. RETURNS / EXCHANGES

7.1 If, for any reason, you need to return or exchange a product to us, you must do so within 14 working days of the date of delivery. Please use the following procedure for returning any product to us:

• Keep the product in the original packaging, unworn and in its original condition;

• Contact our customer service team to inform them of the return and complete the returns form enclosed in your package stating the reason for the return. We recommend that you use Royal Mail recorded delivery as we do not accept liability for any products that are lost or damaged in transit. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned product.

• Send the item to us by Royal Mail recorded delivery post to the following address:

7.2 Please note the following points in relation to returns.

(a) Products must be returned to us in perfect condition and with any price labels still attached. We reserve the right to withhold refund of the entire purchase price if the product is returned in a condition which makes it unfit for resale;

(b) We shall not be liable for the non-receipt by us of returned goods. Please send returned products to us by recorded delivery post and retain a copy of the certificate of posting from the Post Office.

(d) Upon receipt by us of the returned products, once verified, a refund will be issued with the purchase price of the products, excluding the return postal charges (unless the goods are faulty or returned due to an error on our part).

8. COLOURS

The colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to limitations of browser software and monitors.

10. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Product Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Disputes arising in connection with these Product Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
